I don’t post very much but I had to post this. We love our development but had close friends living in Venice so we decided to relocate there. After consulting this site and realtor reviews, I chose Vickie Ventresca. Vickie lives in our development and is knowledgeable of our HOA, etc.Vickie went above and beyond what I expect from a realtor. From helping to choose the correct price to getting some repairs made on the tail end, she was excellent. Maybe the best part was her communication. She always let me know how things were going.
